In order to shift unhealthy behaviors, a 3 or 6 month package is recommended. I want to be there for you, through the ebbs and flows of the transformative process.

Depending on your needs we could meet once a week to check-in and set new goals that will help you find balance one week a time. Alternatively, needing some more accountability? Let’s go to yoga together, I’ll be by your side clearing out your pantry.
